These beautiful insects are a species of katydid or bush cricket known by the scientific name Cnemidophyllum citrifolium. They are found in the northern part of South America and also on some of the southern Caribbean islands such as Trinidad and Tobago.
The individuals above are adults, whereas the ones below are large nymphs (juveniles). As you can see the wing buds are very small when they are large nymphs whereas as adults their wings are absolutely huge and very beautifully leaf-like!
